Metal coating - industrial painting and corrosion protection for metal surfaces

Kotek Factory Service Oy is one of Finland’s leading companies specializing in industrial surface treatment. We offer a variety of coatings with expert craftsmanship. Metal is a material that always requires surface treatment, as it is susceptible to corrosion. Corrosion is caused by, among other things, water, oxygen in the air, sunlight, and various substances found in the ground. However, corrosion can be prevented using specialized methods, which our professionals have mastered. As a result of metal coating, moisture cannot penetrate the metal’s surface, and thus corrosion cannot occur. Metal coating is also recommended because it extends the product’s lifespan and makes it more resistant to external influences.

An anti-corrosion coating consists of several layers, each of which has a different composition. Even the strongest surface can wear out over decades and, depending on the application, sometimes more quickly, which is why we also carry out resurfacing.

We use high-quality paints and coatings from Teknos, Tikkurila and Chesterton. Industrial painting covers a wide range of different objects. As such, we have painted the full spectrum of industrial steel structures, including tanks, tugs, pipe bridges, pipes and harbour cranes.
