Quick and high-quality groundwork

We offer the best product for the job and carry out the work from the groundwork to the final cleaning. With our powerful diamond grinding and milling machines, the groundwork is done quickly and with high quality.

Concrete floor blasting and grinding are effective methods for preparing and restoring concrete surfaces to improve durability, appearance and safety. These processes are essential in a wide range of applications, such as industrial floors, warehouses, parking garages and public spaces, where floors need to withstand high mechanical stress and provide good traction.

Shot blasting

Zinc blasting is a process in which small steel or metal particles are shot at high velocity onto a concrete surface to remove contaminants, paints, coatings or other substances. This method is particularly useful for levelling rough and uneven surfaces, removing old coatings and opening up the pore structure of concrete, thus improving the adhesion of new coatings. Zinc blasting can also reveal structural defects in concrete, such as cracks and bubbles, which can be repaired before coating or painting to ensure a longer service life and a better finish.

Sanding

Grinding concrete floors is a process carried out with special tools and equipment, such as diamond grinding wheels, to achieve a smooth and even surface. Sanding removes small imperfections, smooths out seams and prepares the surface for the application of coatings such as epoxies or urethanes. It can also remove caked-on dirt, oil and other substances that can weaken the adhesion of the coating. Sanding improves the aesthetics of the floor and can increase its slip-resistance by selecting the appropriate coarseness.

Summary

Sandblasting and grinding are critical steps in the restoration and preparation of concrete floors for new coatings. Both methods significantly improve the durability, appearance and safety of floors. Sandblasting is an excellent choice for removing heavy contaminants and old coatings, while sanding provides a precise and smooth finish that is ideal for applying new coatings. The proper performance of both processes ensures better durability and longer life of floor coatings, making them a cost-effective choice for a variety of applications.
